AN ULTIMATE SPORTS CAMP
It’s time to discover something new! Our High Performance sports camp is a sports-oriented training and summer camp that provides opportunities for campers to complete a 10-week training and in the sport of their choice; soccer, volleyball, baseball, basketball and flag football. Each training consist of yoga, flexibility enhancement, strength + conditioning, agility + balance+ footwork workouts, speed training and skill training in preferred sport.
In addition, each participant will attend a series of field trips, hear from special guest speakers and go through a series of sport mentality workshops.We start the day with physical fitness exercises and stretches.
